Delete inside the app
- Sign in to the Antaryami account you want to delete.
- Open You.
- Open Trust and terms.
- Choose Delete my account permanently.
- Review the consequences and confirm the final deletion action.
The app first retires any recurring payment mandate that Antaryami controls, then removes the live account and signs out its sessions. Cancelling an app-store subscription may also require the Google Play or Apple subscription control because the store is the merchant of record.
Request deletion without the app
Email info@antaryami.ai from the email address used for the account. Use the subject Account deletion request and state that you want the Antaryami account and associated data deleted.
Start an account deletion request
We may verify control of the account before deleting or disclosing information. Do not email a password, one-time verification code, payment credential or unnecessary identity document.
What deletion removes
After a valid deletion action, Antaryami removes the live account, verified sign-in links, sessions, saved profiles and birth information, private purchased reports, ordinary operational records, Baby Name recovery data, account-bound bug reports and deliberately attached support evidence.
Device-only drafts, chats, notes and journals must also be cleared from each device using Delete everything on this device or by removing the app's local data.
What may be retained
Payment, refund, chargeback, invoice and accounting records may be retained for the period required to fulfil transactions, resolve disputes and comply with law. Required accounting records may be kept for up to eight years. We restrict and minimise these records after account deletion.
A salted one-way fingerprint that a sign-in identity used a one-time welcome grant may remain while that offer exists. It cannot recreate the deleted account or be used to contact the person.
Deleted information may remain in encrypted disaster-recovery backups until the backup ages out, normally within 30 days. Backups are used only to restore the service after a failure.
Delete one profile without deleting the account
Open the profile controls and choose the profile deletion action. Deleting one profile removes that saved profile from the live service while leaving the account and other profiles available. Required transaction evidence for a report or purchase may be retained as described in the Privacy Policy.
