Chaldean vs Pythagorean numerology: why name numbers differ
Chaldean and Pythagorean numerology are different naming conventions with different letter mappings. The same written name can therefore produce different results. Before comparing the meanings, establish which system each calculator uses and exactly which spelling it received.

Keep the original name visible
Copy the input carefully, including the intended name components, rather than relying on the title displayed above the result. An account name is not necessarily the profile's birth name. A nickname or transliteration can also change the input. If the tool cannot show which name it used, the result is difficult to audit or reproduce.
Do not combine systems silently
A mapping from one tradition and a reduction policy from another can create a third, undocumented method. That may produce a number, but it does not justify calling the output canonical for either system. Ask for the complete convention rather than only a branded calculator title. Arithmetic transparency matters even when the subject is interpretive.
Transliteration deserves care
Names written in another script can have more than one Roman spelling. A letter-based mapping operates on the characters it receives, not on an abstract identity independent of spelling. Do not assume it has translated or linguistically validated the name. For a multilingual family, decide which recorded spelling is being studied and keep that decision explicit.
What this website calculates
Antaryami's reviewed website Name output uses its app's Chaldean convention and the saved birth-name field. It is not a side-by-side implementation of every numerology system. A different number elsewhere is a prompt to compare inputs and methods, not evidence that changing your name will guarantee love, wealth or a particular life outcome.
