Chart details that matter
Why an old report can differ after a profile correction
A report is a record of what was generated at a particular point. A later correction to profile details can make a new calculation differ without rewriting the past.

A saved report needs its generation context
The report should preserve which profile and inputs produced it, together with relevant method information. It must not silently acquire the latest details while retaining old text. Otherwise the reader cannot know what the document describes. A correction is a reason to review the provenance, not to assume every earlier result now has new meaning.
You download a report, later discover a mistake in the saved birth details and correct the profile. When a fresh chart looks different, it can feel as though one of the results must be mysteriously wrong. Start with a simpler explanation: the two outputs may have used different inputs. A saved document records a generation. It is not automatically a live window into whatever information is currently in the profile.
That distinction matters even when the person's name stays unchanged. The name identifies the intended person, while the generation context identifies the information used for that particular output. If the document contains a birth-time line, method label or generation date, read those alongside the heading. A report should not silently display a corrected input beside text that was produced using the earlier value.
Imagine keeping a printed route plan after changing the destination in your navigation app. The old paper does not update itself. It remains useful as a record of the earlier plan, provided you recognise what it describes. A saved report needs the same honesty. The product should distinguish archived content from a fresh calculation instead of making an old document look current by changing only its cover.
Compare old and new honestly
If you regenerate an eligible report, read its new context and any applicable purchase terms. Antaryami should explain the difference between a stored document and a fresh result. A public article cannot promise that every correction automatically replaces a paid report or creates a free new one.
Compare one result at a time. Identify the corrected field, check which input version each output used and then inspect the particular difference. Not every visible change is necessarily caused by that correction; a method or report version may also differ. The point is to investigate rather than assume. A narrow comparison gives you a clearer question than asking why everything feels different.
Where the remembered birth time was uncertain, keep the uncertainty visible after correction. Finding a different remembered value does not necessarily establish an exact minute. A report can display a precise-looking result while its input remains approximate. Read the input source and confidence in ordinary language. A newly generated file should not become more authoritative merely because it is newer or has a more polished cover.
Regeneration is also a product action with possible terms. Check whether the relevant report can be regenerated, whether a previous purchase remains accessible and whether a new generation carries a charge. Do not infer a free replacement from a general correction allowance. Equally, a service should not make those consequences a surprise after you have confirmed an action. The article explains the distinction, not an unverified billing promise.
A practical pause
- Read the saved report's generation context.
- Check which input was corrected.
- Review regeneration terms instead of assuming automatic replacement.
Choose the step that fits your actual situation. You do not have to follow every suggestion, buy a product or make a major decision to learn something from the question. A useful explanation leaves you more informed and free to decide, rather than feeling that you must act immediately.
A practical comparison note can be short: earlier report, earlier input context; later result, corrected input context; observed difference. Keep it private. You do not need to distribute both complete documents to a public group. A specific question through support can often identify the issue with less disclosure. If support needs additional material, use the authorised channel and exclude unrelated family reports.
Give downloaded files clear names in your own storage so you do not accidentally open the earlier version. A date or version note can help, but avoid placing sensitive birth details in a filename that may appear on a shared screen. The objective is organisation, not public identification. A file name is a reminder for you; the document itself should still carry enough provenance to establish what it contains.
Do not delete the earlier file simply because you are confused. It may help explain the sequence if there is a genuine defect. First distinguish an expected difference caused by changed inputs from a report that mixed profiles or methods. If the saved document has internally inconsistent context, stop treating its personal reading as reliable until the inconsistency is resolved. A later correction does not excuse mixed ownership.
Keep the context visible
A trustworthy chart explanation begins with the recorded inputs and the chosen method. Precise-looking output does not establish that a remembered time was precise. Swiss Ephemeris is a calculation library, not a guarantee about interpretation or every application integration. Read provenance and uncertainty alongside a result, and compare like-for-like settings before concluding that a difference is an error.
You are welcome to read the Antaryami Journal without a personal reading. If you choose to explore further, use the website to create or manage your account, and check the intended saved profile before any personal instrument or report. The fuller Antaryami experience belongs in the app; public editorial examples are not your own calculated chart.
The strongest version history answers practical questions: which person, which confirmed inputs, which method and which generation? It does not need to overwhelm the reader with technical internals. It needs to make the meaning of the document inspectable. When a report is viewed months later, the customer should not have to remember every account action to work out what the text refers to.
Current profile selection and report provenance are related but separate. You may select yourself in the account and open a historical report for yourself. You may also browse a family report library. In either case, the document must keep its own context instead of inheriting whichever name is currently active elsewhere. A consistent report library helps customers understand both ownership and version without rewriting either.
Antaryami should make corrections understandable rather than unsettling. A change deserves a clear explanation of what was saved and what a fresh generation would mean. Thank you for checking the inputs instead of assuming that a changed result is a new destiny. The most useful comparison is factual: what changed in the record, what changed in the output and what still needs clarification?
