The inaugural offer, and orders near the deadline
The offer applies to every website purchase, including paid reports, extra Jyoti, additional profiles and automatic website subscription renewals. It does not claim an app-store discount.
A discounted price is honoured only until its original payment order expires. Retries do not extend the deadline. A new order after the cutoff uses the standard price. The offer starts at the announced launch, not before checkout is verified.
Two ways to use Antaryami
Seven-day access and a monthly subscription are equally valid ways to use Antaryami. Choose the frequency and convenience that suit you.
The Rs 699 seven-day pass includes one profile. Complete and confirm it within seven days of verified payment; its full seven days of core access start at confirmation. It does not automatically renew.
Monthly subscriptions cost Rs 1,199 for up to two designated profiles or Rs 5,000 for up to ten. They renew by calendar month on the payment provider's confirmed billing cycle, not on a fixed 30-day schedule. Prices include applicable tax.
Included slots and additional profiles
Filling an unused profile slot already included in your plan costs nothing extra. Paid extra profiles are only needed beyond those included slots.
A seven-day pass holder can purchase up to two extra profiles at Rs 299 each, tax included, for a maximum of three designated profiles. Each extra is a one-time purchase with seven days to complete its details and seven days of core access from confirmation. There is no automatic renewal.
An active two-profile monthly subscriber can add up to three extra profiles at Rs 449 per profile per month, tax included, for a maximum of five. An active ten-profile monthly subscriber can add up to five at Rs 399 per profile per month, tax included, for a maximum of fifteen.
The inaugural 10% website discount makes these extra-profile prices Rs 269.10, Rs 404.10 and Rs 359.10 respectively. Eligible website renewals charged during the offer receive the same discount. Standard prices apply to charges after the offer ends.
Each newly purchased monthly extra has 30 days to complete its details and at least 30 days of core access from confirmation, even if the main subscription expires sooner. It renews with the existing monthly subscription, not through a separate subscription for each person.
Cancelling future renewal does not change a still-paid monthly period. A remaining profile-access tail after the monthly period ends does not qualify a later purchase for the subscriber benefit.
An included monthly profile must first be confirmed while the paid subscription is active. Confirmation gives it at least 30 days of core access, even when the main period ends sooner. Continued paid subscription coverage keeps designated profiles active.
Before checkout, show the initial charge, exact confirmation deadline and access end date, next charge date and amount, and the treatment of prepaid access near renewal. The same days of additional-profile access must not be charged twice. This price preview does not assume proration or activate recurring payments.
The caps count designated profiles and pending purchased slots, not just profiles currently visible in the selector. Expiry or deletion must not silently free an assignment for a different person within its paid period. Renewal preserves the chosen capacity; it does not create new slots. Changes to a recurring extra require explicit consent and a quote, not a hidden charge.
Earlier separately purchased Rs 699 profile passes retain their recorded access terms. They are not converted into monthly recurring add-ons. Saved profiles and valid purchased reports are not deleted when a pass or subscription ends.
Confirmation, expiry and saved information
Your initial entry and review happen before the first confirmation. A pass access clock begins only after valid confirmation, using the server's recorded time. Edits, sign-out, reinstalling or changing a device do not restart it.
If you miss a completion deadline, the purchase remains recorded for support resolution; it is not described as consumed core access.
When core access expires, the profile remains in your account. Valid purchased reports and purchase records remain accessible. Renewing access to the same person must not require creating a duplicate profile or reset the correction allowance.
Only profiles with valid core access belong in the live profile selector. Manage Profiles must also retain expired and incomplete profiles. Personal results must always belong to the selected profile.
One correction for each person
Each profile represents one person. After the first confirmation, it receives one correction submission for its core calculation details, not one correction per field.
Before that submission, the profile shows "Edits remaining: 1" and warns that saving will use the allowance. Afterwards it shows "Edits remaining: 0 - Core profile details are locked."
Core details include the calculation name, date and time of birth, time accuracy or unknown-time choice, birthplace, and any other calculation input. Location coordinates and time-zone resolution are controlled by the calculation service.
Nickname, photo, relationship label, language and other non-calculation preferences remain editable. Account email and phone changes use their separate security flows. An audited correction of our platform error does not consume your allowance.
Reports and Jyoti are separate
Core access covers the released core experience. Paid reports and additional purchased Jyoti are separate purchases, not unlimited usage or included reports. Only features actually available on your platform should be offered.
The approved complimentary benefit is 10 Jyoti for a newly verified account. An eligible verified pass purchase, new monthly subscription, successful renewal or subscriber additional-profile purchase refreshes the complimentary balance to 10; it does not add another 10 to an existing balance of 10.
There is one refresh per eligible checkout, not per profile. Filling an included slot, purchasing a report or Jyoti, or replacing a plan does not trigger an additional refresh. Complimentary Jyoti are used before paid Jyoti.
Purchased Jyoti stay separate, with their source and paid value preserved. The Rs 800 Beacon purchase is 125 paid Jyoti, not a complimentary allowance. Complimentary Jyoti alone do not grant core access.
Previously purchased rights and eligible earlier offers are preserved. A change in the new catalogue must not silently remove an existing report allowance or paid balance.
A purchased report belongs to its profile and the input and calculation-version snapshot used for that edition. A later profile correction changes future results, not an existing purchased edition. Our report errors are corrected without an extra charge or handled through the applicable refund process.
Plan changes, cancellation and refunds
Stopping monthly renewal leaves the current paid period intact and is different from requesting an immediate end of access and a refund.
An immediate upgrade or downgrade requires a quote showing the old eligible unused paid value, the new full price, and the amount to pay or refund. It starts a fresh provider-confirmed monthly period only after the replacement is settled. A ten-to-two change requires choosing the two continuing profiles before confirmation.
A confirmed plan replacement surrenders the replaced subscription coverage, including its initial profile-access tails, as explained before confirmation. A quote must identify any recurring extra-profile changes and ask which people retain access within the new cap. Separately purchased one-time passes, reports and Jyoti are not surrendered.
Eligible unused value is based on the actual customer-funded value of the affected purchase and its unused time or units. A multi-profile subscription price is not divided into independent per-slot refunds. Complimentary units have no cash refund value.
Every refund request needs a case ID and visible progress. Requesting a refund does not itself revoke access. An approved amount and effective time remain recorded while provider processing is pending or fails. Refunds use the applicable original payment route, not forced wallet credit.
Duplicate payments, service failures, erroneous renewals and faulty reports need their own review. A report that has not started can be cancelled for a full refund; a successfully delivered report is not automatically refundable for a change of mind. A purchased Jyoti refund removes only the refunded unused units from that purchase.
A voluntary refund after consuming its complimentary benefit can pause future complimentary refreshes until one subsequent paid period is completed without a voluntary refund; the following eligible purchase or renewal can refresh again. Platform errors, duplicate charges and required customer rights are not treated as abuse.
A failed renewal has a three-day recovery process, not a new paid period or a new complimentary grant. Data-deletion requests remain separate from refund processing. Contact support@antaryami.ai for help.
